Delivery Service
Free Curbside Delivery:
- We offer free curbside delivery across the contiguous 48 states. (Certain restrictions may apply to remote areas, islands, or limited-access locations.)
Shipping Process:
- Products are carefully packaged and shipped via trusted LTL freight and parcel carriers.
- Orders are typically dispatched within 2–4 business days.
- For LTL shipments, our service includes curbside drop-off with lift-gate assistance.
Upon Delivery:
- Please inspect your order thoroughly before signing the delivery receipt.
- If any damage is noted, refuse delivery and mark “DAMAGED” on the receipt.
- Report any issues within 24 hours to ensure liability is addressed.
Tracking Information:
- Once your order is on its way, we’ll provide tracking details and the carrier’s name.
- Delivery generally takes between 2–12 days, with the carrier contacting you to schedule a convenient delivery time.
Returns & Refunds
Return Policy:
- If you are not completely satisfied, returns are accepted within 30 days of receipt.
- Items must be in their original, unused condition, and for LTL shipments, repackaged on the original pallet.
Refund Process:
- Refunds are processed only after the returned item has been received and thoroughly inspected.
- Approved returns will be refunded promptly.
Return Shipping:
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, except when the item was damaged during transit (as noted on the delivery receipt).
- If a delivery date is not scheduled within a reasonable timeframe, the shipment will be treated as a return.
- We highly recommend insuring all return shipments.
- Damaged returns will be refused and sent back to the sender.
- Refused shipments (other than damaged items) may incur restocking fees.
