Delivery and Returns
Eviva is delighted to provide free curbside delivery across all 48 contiguous United States! (Certain restrictions might apply to remote locations, islands, narrow streets, and construction zones.)
Our products are carefully packaged and shipped using trusted LTL freight carriers and parcel carriers. Orders are usually dispatched within 2-4 business days and our delivery service includes curb side drop-off with lift-gate assistance (for LTL shipments).
Upon arrival of your order, please ensure you thoroughly inspect all items before accepting and signing off on the delivery receipt. In the unfortunate event that you find any damage, we advise you to refuse delivery and mark "DAMAGED" on the delivery receipt. It's crucial to report any damage or defects to Eviva within 24 hours of delivery. Failure to do so will relinquish Eviva of any ensuing liability.
We'll provide you with the carrier's name and tracking information as soon as your order is on its way. Depending on your location, delivery generally takes between 2-12 days. The carrier will reach out to you directly to arrange a suitable delivery date and time.
Returns and Refunds
If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we accept returns within 30 days of receipt, provided that all items are in their original, new condition, and packaged within the original pallet (for LTL shipments).
Please note, a refund will only be issued once the returned item has been received at our warehouse and inspected thoroughly.
If the item is found to be in good condition, a refund will be promptly processed.
Customers are responsible for covering the costs of return shipping, unless the item(s) were damaged during transit by our carrier and the carrier delivery receipt was noted as “DAMAGED”. If a delivery date with our carrier isn't scheduled within an appropriate timeframe, this will be treated as a return. We highly recommend insuring all return shipments. Any returns that are received in a damaged state will be refused and returned to the sender.
Please be aware that any refused shipments (except in cases of damaged merchandise), will be treated as returns. Restocking fees may be applicable.
