PAYMENTS: All orders must be paid IN FULL before leaving the warehouse. If paying by check, the check date should be dated within 24 hours of the delivery date, moreover, there is a $35 return check fee in addition to a $50 administrative fee. In the case of a returned check, EVIVA reserves the right to charge the credit card on file to cover the order charges without further approval before shipping the order out.
STOCK AVAILABILITY: Please check stock before placing any order. Office hours are between 9 am-5 pm Monday-Friday. We will be glad to check for any item before confirming your order to avoid any confusion. Please note: orders placed after office hours, are not guaranteed to be stock. Check your latest inventory update for availability if a phone call to our office is not possible. Also note that once an order is placed, it takes 24-48 business hours to process.
RETURNS/EXCHANGES: We will gladly accept any return within 30 days as long the item is in MINT condition with ALL of it’s original packaging, however, there will be a 25% restocking fee. Local customers can have the items picked up as long as we have pending orders for you, otherwise a delivery fee will be charged. Non-local customers will be responsible for freight to and from the destination in addition to the restocking fee.
HOLDS: Unpaid orders will be held for 24 hours ONLY. After 24 hours, we cannot guarantee the item will be in stock when payment is ready to be made.
